Intimate backyard ceremony | Jamie + Jim

Traditional vows say “for better or worse” and this pandemic is pretty much the worst so why not start living the vows right in your own backyard?! After postponing their wedding date twice due to Covid-19, Jamie + Jim started their life together as husband and wife with a beautiful intimate backyard ceremony in Oak Park, Michigan. Planning a wedding in the midst of a global pandemic can’t be easy, but these two still made their own backyard look straight out of a fairytale.

With their most important people (+ cute pup!) by their sides, Jamie and Jim’s backyard ceremony was perfectly them. From Jamie’s vintage styled gown to Jim’s old ford truck…these two’s personalities sure did shine! They even had quite the dance party along with a champagne toast right after their first kiss!

It may have been their “plan b or c” wedding, but this intimate backyard ceremony was nothing short of magical! And cue the party music because next year these two plan to have the celebration of their dreams on Mackinac Island and dance the night away with their best friends!
