Due to COVID-19, Diane and Peter had to reschedule their wedding date and completely change the vision for their “big” day. They knew no matter what, they’d be getting married because that was their most important piece of the puzzle. From over 200 guests to only 40…plans changed. It may not have been their original idea but wow…this Michigan backyard wedding changed the game for intimate weddings.
The ceremony and dinner party took place in the sister of the bride’s backyard in downtown Mt. Clemens. Quaint and simple, Diane had the Michigan backyard wedding of a lifetime. Long, wooden tables from Detroit Chiavari that created the aisle-way for Diane to walk down with her dad, to see Peter for the first time. The aisle was laid with beautiful Persian rugs from Modernly Events, and to top it off…GORGEOUS floral arrangements filled the backyard by the one and only Lena’s Floral and Design.
Surrounded by their closest people, Diane and Peter tied the knot in a backyard. Perfectly imperfect, they had the best day ever.
