Belle Isle engagement session | Mari + Benjamin

If you want my opinion, I think every couples photoshoot should either start or end with pizza. Or any kind of food for that matter. So for Mari + Benjamin’s Belle Isle engagement session, making a quick pit stop at the infamous Detroit Jet’s was a necessity. I mean, you can’t go wrong with a pizza picnic. (Don’t forget the ranch.)

Perfectly placed underneath a willow tree watching the Detroit sun set, Mari + B had the sweetest pizza date. I’m pretty sure they even placed kiss bets on their UNO game 😉

To end Mari and B’s perfect golden hour session, a playful dip in the Detroit river seemed fitting. These two love birds splashed and dunked, and even rolled around in the sand a bit. Mari + Benjamin’s engagement photoshoot was all we could have imagined, and more.
