Cassandra and Jackson’s Book Tower wedding was everything you’d want in a Detroit celebration: timeless, stunning, and full of good vibes. Seriously, from the moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be one for the books (pun totally intended).

These two started their day with a traditional Catholic ceremony, and let me just say, it was gorgeous. There’s something so classic and heartfelt about a ceremony like this, and Cas and Jax brought all the love and emotion. Watching them exchange vows and prayed over by their closest family and friends? Total chills.

After the ceremony, we hit up Michigan Central for photos, and WOW. The mix of edgy industrial vibes with Cassandra’s stunning gown and Jackson’s sharp suit? Pure fire. Cas and Jax absolutely killed it—every shot felt like it belonged in a gallery.

Cocktail Hour, But Make It Rooftop

Next stop: cocktail hour on the Kamper’s rooftop. The views? Unreal. The vibes? Immaculate. Guests were living their best lives with drinks in hand, soaking up the skyline while the golden hour light did its thing. Meanwhile, I was sneaking in candids and thinking, “Yeah, this is the life.”

The Book Tower = Photographer Heaven

Let’s talk about the real star of the show: the Book Tower. This venue is everything. The historic charm, the elegant details, and just the overall look of the place—it’s a photographer’s dream. Cas and Jax’s reception fit the space like a glove, with every detail feeling chic and perfectly them.
