Detroit couples session | Layla + David

This Detroit couples session has been one of my favorites. Layla and David were so much fun to work with and I loved romping around the city with them. Plus, when ice-cream is involved, how could you not have the best time ever?!

First, we stopped at Mad Cap Coffee at Shinola Hotel and sipped on hot cocoa by the fire. If you haven’t checked out this area in Detroit yet, it’s a must. The coziest alley with so much to explore and do. Shinola even brought their own Paris lock key wall that is pretty much the sweetest thing to add to any Detroit couples session. (Just make sure you bring a lock ;)) Right around the corner, is Huddle! One of the best literal hole in the spots in Detroit for ice-cream. You can never go wrong with a little soft serve, even in the dead of winter. This soft serve custard stand remains open YEAR-ROUND right downtown.
